1. Product Description

The U-Shaped Dump truck from Junchi Heavy Industry is a next-generation dump vehicle designed for mines, quarries, and large-scale infrastructure projects. The body features a U-shaped cross-section with a smooth圆弧过渡 bottom, eliminating the right-angle corners found in traditional rectangular bodies. This design significantly reduces material carryback, providing cleaner and faster unloading. The lower center of gravity of the U-shaped body improves driving stability compared to conventional rectangular bodies, making it especially suitable for soft ground and rough terrain.

The body is manufactured from Hardox 450 wear-resistant steel with an 8mm floor and 6mm side walls, offering excellent impact and abrasion resistance. The lifting system uses a front-mounted multi-stage hydraulic cylinder with a maximum tilt angle of 50° and an unloading time of less than 35 seconds. Junchi U-Shaped Dump Trucks are widely used for high-frequency transport of bulk materials including coal, ore, sand, gravel, and asphalt.
